To make a bowl of oatmeal with all the ingredients we include you’d probably pay two times as much as what one container of Spoonful costs. We also take the time to make sure all of our ingredients are sourced from quality suppliers and manufacturers to live up to our "No Prep. Always Fresh™️" philosophy. Lastly, we want to do good for you while doing good for the planet and you the breakfast you deserve in an infinitely compostable package instead of conventional plastic.
Spoonful has a shelf life of 2 months upon manufacturing. Typically, the product will arrive with a 5-to-6-week shelf life due to time lost in transit.
Ready-to-eat oats are different than traditional oatmeal in that they are never cooked. At Spoonful, we soak old fashioned oats in almond, coconut, or oat milk. The resulting product is just as easy to digest as traditional oatmeal but is more nutrient dense. We haven't cooked off the vitamins and minerals. No need to heat, just eat!
Yes! We also accept EBT and Food Stamps. We believe in health for all and offer a point of access for any interested in bringing balance to their days.
Yes! We offer a variety pack for first-time customers, and custom options to mix and match flavors of our 9 and 12-pack subscription members.
Spoonful is best enjoyed cold. If you wish to enjoy it warm we suggest place your oats in the microwave or stove top for 30-45 seconds.
Yes. Spoonful is a fresh product without any preservatives or artificial fillers for optimal internal balance.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed Sunday through Tuesday before 11:59 PM PST will ship the next day. Orders placed Wednesday through Saturday will ship the following Monday. Please note orders are subject to delays.

Due to the perishable nature of the product, we do not accept returns. Refunds and reships are granted on a case-by-case basis, within 30 days of purchase. If you feel your experience warrants a refund or reship, please contact us at email@example.com.
